CBC PLAY THE CELEBRITY ALL STARS FOR CHARITY

Saturday 30th June

Venue: Woodley Sports Football Club, Lambeth Grove, Woodley.

Kick off: 1.30

It will be a case of spot the TV celebrity on Saturday 30th June. We have an all star line up for our charity football match. Celebrity guests from Hollyoaks, the Dream Team and Coronation Street will be playing CBC to raise money to purchase a child ventilator at Stepping hill Hospital.

That’s not all.

Meet the Stockport County Football Team!

Jim Gannon and Stockport County’s First Team Squad will be taking part in an exhibition match. Your chance to meet your favourite County player – maybe even get an autograph and picture.

CBC in Stockport set to hit record £million turnover

CBC, a business networking group based in Stockport, are on target to have their most successful year yet. Reaching a massive total of 1 million pounds worth of business referred in just under 12 months.

With 39 business members and growing, CBC is arguably one of the most successful, independent breakfast networking clubs in the whole of Stockport and South Manchester.

Gavin Redman, Chair comments on CBC success: “It’s a testament to our members and the Committee that we can boast this great achievement. All work very hard get to know one anothers business and as a consiquence are confidently able to refer business to each other.”

Ian Buckley, who takes over the Chair from Gavin in July explained why he believes CBC has become such a success:

“Our friendly, informal, yet professional style is very important to us. All visitors to CBC comment on the warm welcome they receive and the friendship that is so evident amongst our membership. This together with the fact that we are none profit making, actively market our membership and we put alot back into our community makes CBC unique”.
